Our story
Established in 2021, Ochorus is fueled by an unwavering commitment to spreading the gospel to every corner of the world, ensuring accessibility across many languages and devices.
Recognizing the transformative power of literature, we identify great Christian books within the public domain, thoroughly edit them for enhanced readability, and publish them on this platform — free to read and free to keep.
Aligned with God's desire for the salvation of all people, it is our fervent aspiration to contribute to this divine purpose, that many would read, reflect, and be transformed.

Ochorus is not only a website. Across East Africa we place printed Christian books directly into people's hands — at Pastors' Conferences where church leaders gather, and in the churches, schools, and prisons we are invited to serve.

We write books, too
Alongside the public-domain classics, our team writes and prints new works — like Walking with God in Academics, written for students, and Gareth Evans’ Soar Like the Eagle.
Printed in Uganda, these titles travel to conferences across the region, equipping pastors and young people who carry them home to their congregations, classrooms, and families.
